Care of cracked leather is necessary to prevent damage and restore its appearance as much as possible. 

• Start by gently cleaning the leather with a soft brush. 
• Apply moisturizing milk with a cotton chamois, then rub gently in circular motions. 
• Once the milk has soaked in, use delicate leather gel by applying it with a soft, clean cloth. This will nourish and soften the leather. Leave to dry. 
• Avoid exposing cracked leather to direct heat sources such as radiators, sunlight, etc. This may aggravate the cracking. This could aggravate the cracking. 

Carrying out these steps will keep cracked leather moisturized and shiny. Bear in mind that some everyday damage is irreversible, and the thin layer (ex gold) can sometimes be rubbed off.
