If you wish to use your gift card to pay for your order, simply enter the code you have received in the Advantage code or gift card box above the price details in your basket. Simply click on "Validate" and the code will be taken into account, automatically updating your order total.

To redeem your credit or discount code on the site, use the same procedure as for a gift card.

Please note that promotional / discount codes do not work on products already discounted (Vintage collections, Journées Solidaires and sales) and that a code can only be used once and cannot be accumulated.

If you have paid for your purchase with a gift card and have requested a return, the gift card will automatically be re-credited. The card code will remain the same. If you have deleted or lost the e-mail with the card code, contact us and we will send it to you. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
