You have 15 days after delivery of your parcel to request a return.
Returns are free within the European Union. From French Overseas Departments and Territories and the rest of the world, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and only a refund will be possible. You can choose the carrier of your choice.
👉 We only accept returns with DDP shipping (incoterm Delivered Duty Paid). Our warehouse reserves the right to refuse the parcel if taxes are payable upon receipt. We are not responsible for any taxes or shipping costs incurred.

Regarding the return period: You have 14 days from today to return your order.
To ensure your return goes smoothly and is accepted quickly, please follow these instructions:
- Include a copy of the delivery slip or a note on plain paper indicating your order number
- Add a note on this document indicating the reason for your return
- Return the product with all accessories and instructions, in its original, unused condition, without removing the label.
- Place it in its original packaging. (Packaging = pouch, case, shoe box, plastic wrap, or other packaging used to package your product and which is inside the shipping package).
- Use suitable shipping packaging. If the original packaging is damaged (e.g., torn), you must choose a different packaging than the one the product was in (shoe box, cardboard box, package provided specifically for returns, etc.). If the original packaging is in good condition, you can reuse it; in this case, you must cover the original delivery label, for example, by attaching the new return label to it.
Generally speaking, and in accordance with the law, we ask our customers to return their items to us in conditions that allow us to put them back on sale. Returns may be refused if they do not meet the above conditions.
We strongly encourage you to return your item via Colissimo and keep your tracking number until you have received your refund. We also advise you to choose the Signature option because, for example, if the seller does not receive your return, we may have to ask you for proof of delivery.
In accordance with article L121-21-3 of the Consumer Code, the return is at your expense.
