You have 15 days after delivery of your parcel to request a return.

Returns are free within the European Union. From French Overseas Departments and Territories and the rest of the world, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and only a refund will be possible. You can choose the carrier of your choice. 

👉  We only accept returns with DDP shipping (incoterm Delivered Duty Paid). Our warehouse reserves the right to refuse the parcel if taxes are payable upon receipt. We are not responsible for any taxes or shipping costs incurred.

We invite you to keep the proof of delivery stamped by the carrier, which will serve as your insurance throughout the return journey of your parcel. Thanks to these elements, you will be able to track your return in the "parcel tracking" section on the chosen carrier's website. 

For the return to be processed quickly, it is imperative that the product is in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged and in its original box.
