My parcel has been returned to sender. What should I do?Updated a year ago
If you have not been able to collect your parcel, or if the carrier has not been able to deliver it, and it has been returned to us, please do not hesitate to contact us. In the event of a refund, it will be made by the same means of payment used to validate the order (credit card or PayPal). In all cases, we will keep you informed.
Credit card refunds may take up to 3 working days, whereas PayPal refunds are immediate.
Please note that in the event of non-return to the drop-off point, delivery charges will not be refunded.
