You have 15 days from the date of delivery of your parcel to request a gift card.

If you bought online, go to our returns platform https://www.odaje.com/en/pages/returns and enter your order number (e.g. 321321).

You will be automatically redirected to the interface where you can request your gift card.

For the return to be processed quickly, it is imperative that the product is in perfect condition, unworn, unsullied and in its original box. 

➡  If you wish to return 2 separate orders, please make 2 return requests and therefore 2 different shipments. Do not put the contents of the 2 orders in a single box.

Once you have returned your product, the gift card will be sent to you immediately by email. The gift card is valid for 1 year, both online and in store. 

If you have purchased in a Odaje (ex M.Moustache) boutique, please visit one of our boutiques (excluding corners) to request your gift card on the spot.
