You have 15 days from the date of delivery of your parcel to request a refund.

If you purchased online, go to our returns platform https://www.odaje.com/en/pages/returns and enter your order number (ex 321321). 

You will be automatically redirected to the interface where you can make your refund request.

For the return to be processed quickly, it is imperative that the product is in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged and in its original box. 

➡  If you wish to return 2 separate orders, please make 2 return requests and therefore 2 different shipments. Do not put the contents of the 2 orders in a single box.

Once you have returned your product, we will refund you within 48 to 72 hours.

If you bought in a Odaje (ex M. Moustache) boutique, go to one of our boutiques (excluding corners) to make your refund directly on the spot.
