You have 15 days from the date of delivery of your parcel to request an exchange.

If you bought online, go to our returns platform https://www.odaje.com/en/pages/returns and enter your order number (e.g. 321321). 

You will be automatically redirected to the interface where you can make your exchange request.

Please note that the exchange will be delivered to the same delivery address as the original order. If you require delivery to a different location, please place a separate order.

For the return to be processed quickly, it is imperative that the product is in perfect condition, unworn, clean and in its original box. 

➡  If you wish to return 2 separate orders, please make 2 return requests and therefore 2 different shipments. Do not put the contents of the 2 orders in a single box.

Once the exchange request has been made for another item, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking link for your new order.

If you bought in a Odaje (ex M. Moustache) boutique, go to one of our boutiques (excluding corners) to make your exchange directly on the spot.
